Position 1: AR Caller

Experience: 0.6 - 6 Yrs

Location: Madhavaram Chennai

Requirement

• Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to collect outstanding on behalf of physicians.
• Calling Insurance agents on claims resolutions and handling the denials for a closure
• Appropriate documentation of the claims is required on Client Software
• Strong knowledge in Denial Management

Required Candidate profile

• Basic Keyboard skills and a knowledge on MS Office
• Candidate should be willing to work in Night shift in different US time Zones
• Good Communication, analytical & resolution skills
• Candidates must have own infra (Laptop & Broadband connection).
